. Everywhere, Anywhere, and Nowhere! Some say go to a religious building. Jesus in the Christian Bible said, go into your closet and pray in secret. (Matthew 6:5-6) The Eastern religions say that there is a connection point in the center of you heart called the "God Point." The people who view God from the perspective that one is outside of God, tend to point up and say, "God is up there, in heaven." When the Earth was considered to be flat, like a three-layered cake, with heaven and God above and Satan and hell below, that perspective made sense. But it makes no sense at all to point "up" and say there's where heaven is while standing on the surface of a large spinning ball, (the Earth) that is also spiraling around a still larger spinning ball, (the sun) that is circling somewhere around the universe, which is spiraling around . . . et cetera . . . . No two people pointing up are ever point in the same direction. Not only that, the point from which the pointing-up is done is constantly changing. All the pointing up is a function of the belief that God and Heaven are external aspects of an "out there" objective, physical reality -- a single reality that just "is" and that we as human come along and experience it. The latest scientific evidence is indicating that reality is quit different from the traditional belief -- the physical reality is a potential that exist only because we are observing it. The overwhelming evidence points to the conclusion that "The Source of Creation" is in the non-physical aspect of reality. Asking where in the physical universe does one go to connect to God is like looking for New York City in you closet. It's like asking the tooth fairy where the Easter Bunny is. The non-physical cannot be found in the physical. Then what is the answer? . Where in the physical universe do we go to connect to God? The evidence points in the direction of using human consciousness to connect to Creator/God consciousness. Mystics, yogis, inventors, and the world's most eminent scientist, tell us that the point between waking consciousness and sleep is the connection point. . Theta brain waves are the physical keys that unlock the door into the non-physical world. The human dream state takes one into the non-physical world -- the world of God, the world of Spirit. While dreaming one's brain wave pattern is slowed to the level called theta -- four to seven cycles per second. (While awake and functioning in the physical world, the brain is most strongly functioning at the beta level -- between fourteen and twenty-eight cycles per second.) So the question is how to reach the dream state while staying awake. The evidence tells us that this is possible by intentionally getting one's mind functioning strongly in the brain wave state called theta. (The brain actually functions at all levels all the time. The differences in awareness are a function which brain waves are dominant at any given time.) Theta Healing / Theta Transformation is at the top of the ladder in the world of "The science of Consciousness." Theta Healing / Theta Transformation is, in essence, the technology of prayer.² It teaches people how to intentionally enter the an altered state of consciousness, and what to do when one gets there. (Actually there is no "there" there. "There" is a metaphor for a state of consciousness.) One expands his/her consciousness to a degree so big that he/she connects to (become aware that he/she is part of) that plane of existence where everything and nothing exists at the same time. This is the plane of Creation - of Creator - where anything and everything are possibilities -- possibilities controlled and directed by consciousness. At that level of awareness, human consciousness is blended with God consciousness. For an excellent description of this, readers are directed to the book, "Autobiography of a Yogi," by Parmahansa Yogananda. One can also reach this same plane of Creation by imagining one's self getting smaller and smaller until one "steps outside" of physical reality. .
To find out how you, too, can consciously and intentionally access the theta brain wave state, see the page titled: Theta Healing /Theta Transformation ' . |

. Catholic Monk, Martin Luther posted his famous "95 Theses" on the church door on October 31, 1517. His protest against Roman Catholic dogma sparked a major rebellion and triggered the European revolution know as the Reformation .After years of extreme dedication to the church, Luther came to the realization that church intermediaries between a human being and God were irrelevant and unnecessary. He said that salvation was a function of God's grace and was neither a product of one's physical activities nor of ones devotion to the Roman Catholic Church .. The belief that one needed to work or to suffer in order to connect to "a God out there somewhere" was seen as a manipulative fairytale set upon the masses by church leaders in order to dominate, control and extract money. In the early sixteenth-century, Martin Luther threw the belief that people have a direct connection to God squarely into the face of Pope Leo X. ' That concept challenged the Roman Catholic Empire and forever changed human history. His revelation sparked the revolution which historians today refer to as "The Reformation." The revolution, previously unprecedented in speed and scope, put an end to the strangle hold that the Roman Catholic Church had on Europe and put an end to what historians refer to as "The Dark Ages." One has to wonder why that was and still is such a controversial concept because the Christian Bible, in words of Jesus, clearly supports that perspective. "And
when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites [are]: for they love to
pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, [and
on TV and in public schools]
that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their
reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when
thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father
which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly." Was Luther right? Is the need for a church intermediary only a manipulative fairytale set upon the masses by church leaders in order to dominate, to control and to extract money? Look at the evidence. Draw your own conclusions. To see the truth of this and the power of having a direct connection to God, one has but to study the life of Martin Luther and the transformation he triggered. . |
